Eargos are designed for adults with mild to moderate hearing loss. Our cutting-edge hearing aids are designed to work well for adults who need more clarity as opposed to more volume.
What does self-fitting mean?
OTC self-fitting hearing aids do not require traditional in-office visits for fittings or adjustments like traditional prescription hearing aids. With Eargo SE, use Sound Match on the app to adjust and self-fit to your hearing preferences.
What kind of support do I get with my purchase?
Eargo SE comes with support from Eargo Hearing Aid Experts. Register your product and enjoy on-call remote access to Eargo’s US-based team who will guide you through any questions or concerns you may have.
Are Eargos hearing aids or hearing amplifiers?
Eargo SE is a self-fitting, FDA-cleared OTC hearing aid. Eargo hearing aids are medical devices registered with the FDA and subject to FDA regulations on standards for performance, manufacturing, labeling, and safety.
Can I use Eargo SE to stream music or take phone calls?
Eargo SE is not an earbud meant for streaming audio. The Bluetooth connection is only for the mobile app, which can be used to make adjustments to your settings. For the versatility of Bluetooth streaming, consider LINK by Eargo hearing aids.
