Do they have to be refrigerated?

Feel Bars are best served chilled so refrigeration is recommended. They are good on the go for up to 3 months, but don’t worry, they are still safe to eat after that but you may start to see natural oil separation from the natural sunflower butter.

When should I eat them?

Feel Bars are designed to fuel the mind and body no matter the time of day so there is no wrong answer! Keep in mind Matcha Latte has some natural caffeine so avoid eating this one too late.
