Choose Larger Ear Domes: Properly fitting ear domes can prevent sound leakage. Larger ear domes create a tighter seal in the ear canal, reducing the amount of sound that reaches the microphone.Turn Off or Lower Volume before Inserting. Inserting the hearing aids into the ear with the switch on will definitely cause feedback whistling.
