Why is it the latest RIC hearing aid, and what are the new features?

We’re not your typical BTE hearing aid. Our design reduces feedback by separating the microphone and receiver. Placing the receiver in the ear canal enhances sound clarity. We use metal conduits for durability and improved sound transmission.

How do the hearing aids charge, and how long do they last?

Charging in the case takes only 2 hours, providing 25 hours of continuous use. The charging case, charged with the included Type-C cable, lasts 80 hours, offering approximately 3 charges for the hearing aids.

How are feedback and echoes addressed?

Ensure proper placement in the ear, with a tight seal between the ear cushion and the ear. Gaps may cause sound rebound and create echoes. High volume settings can contribute to echoes. Try gradually lowering the volume.

How do you wear the hearing aids?

Place the hearing aid behind the ear and gently insert the receiver into the ear canal. Start with the smallest ear tip size, progressing to the one that fits comfortably. Open it and get accustomed to adjusting the volume.
