Welcome to the Irish Pagan School Meditation, Mindfulness, Guided Journeys and Self Development Journal, created by our our co-founder, Irish Historian and Author Rev. Lora O’Brien*.

Meditation, Guided Journeying, and Self Development work forms the basis of any solid and grounded spiritual practice, so this journal will act as a ten week guide to forming healthy habits as you walk your personal spiritual path, whatever that may be. There is a popular notion that it takes 21 days to form a new habit, but unfortunately, that is a myth. According to the research, it takes 66 days.

So, we’d like to give you best chance, with a ten week journal and planner (70 days!) that includes your 10 Week Journey Tracker, and then each week:
