1. Why isn’t my diffuser turning on?
* Check the power connection
* Use the original adapter: Always use the adapter that came with the diffuser. High-wattage or fast-charging adapters (like 9V or 12V) can prevent proper operation.
*Press and hold the power button
2. Why is no mist coming out even though the light is on?
* Ensure water is between the MIN and MAX lines.
*Clean the ultrasonic plate, gently clean it with a cotton swab and vinegar.
*Too much oil: Use 3–5 drops per 100ml of water.
*Ensure the top cover is aligned properly and vents are not obstructed.
3. Why does the diffuser shut off quickly or not run long?
*Low water: The diffuser has an auto-shutoff feature when water is too low.
*Timer setting: Check if the diffuser is in timer mode.
*Power interruption: A loose power cable or faulty outlet may cause intermittent operation.
4. Why the light works, but the mist is weak or intermittent?
*Ultrasonic plate needs cleaning: Scale or oil buildup may reduce mist. Clean with a cotton swab and white vinegar.
*Fan may be blocked: Make sure air vents on the bottom are free of dust or blockage.
5. Still not working?
* Unplug the diffuser, empty the tank, and let it rest for 5 minutes. Then, refill with clean water, plug it back in, and try again.
