How did we get our start?
Resplendawn began with a desire to help people feel better. We aimed to provide tools for overcoming struggles, empowering oneself, and nurturing well-being.
Our Life Coping Skills deck was our first product, designed to equip people to manage the negative events and emotions that cause pain. Next, we launched Somatic Exercises to help relieve stress and reconnect with the body. Vagus Nerve Exercises are coming soon!
