Blood pressure measurement tips: a) Hold the blood pressure monitor at heart level. b) Sit quietly for at least 5 minutes before measuring. c) When taking consecutive measurements, allow at least 10 minutes between each measurement. d) Do not stand, talk, or move around while measuring. e) Wait 30 minutes after showering or eating before measuring.
